A little more about us

Welcome to the IT Showcase

The IT Showcase is in its eight year and has had over 20 entries each year.  This year we can accommodate 50 entries and also welcome juniors to showcase their own drones, robots, electronic inventions and coding.

Share experience, promote talent

The IT Showcase creates a platform for South African Grade 12 IT learners to gain exposure for their matric IT projects which are of an exceptional standard. The IT Showcase creates a meeting place between Grade 12 IT students, businesses and tertiary institutions.  Junior  students can also visit the Showcase to get ideas for their own projects

Recognise talent

Our vision is to create a climate where we recognise and value the projects produced by Grade 12 IT students country-wide. We aim to create visibility and appreciation of the skills available in our country in order to promote and develop a rich culture of problem solving with respect to technology.
